Zeus Tarot is not a fortune-telling, predictive, or divination service. Our AI-generated content is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree not to make important life decisions based solely on content generated by this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zeus Tarot. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Zeus Tarot offers the following subscription options:

Trial: $0.99 USD — 3 deep AI readings within 24 hours
Monthly: $7.99 USD — 1 deep reading per day + 10 quick draws per day, billed monthly
Yearly: $59.00 USD — same daily allowances as Monthly, billed annually

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Fair Use and Daily Limits

To ensure service quality and prevent misuse, daily usage limits apply to each plan as described above. Excessive use beyond plan limits will result in a temporary cooldown until the next calendar day (UTC).

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Reproduce, distribute, or resell service content without written permission
Use automated tools to access the service at a rate exceeding normal human use
Submit content that is harmful, threatening, or abusive

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeus Tarot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your particular situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeus Tarot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
